GRAYPOINT VENTURES was founded by Nic Gray on the non-startup methodology of being in business for yourself, but never by yourself, through leveraging the proven track record of franchise ownership.
Nic's experience spans from opening and running regional franchise developments for notable brands such as Red Robin and Jamba Juice, to Managing Partner of an Italian restaurant chain, to founding a software intelligence company that provides technology solutions for the franchise industry.
In 2004, Nic left the business world to become an Armor Crewman and Platoon Communications Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army. During his time serving the nation, he completed one tour of duty in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2006-2007 and one hardship tour in the Korean Peninsula from 2004-2005.
After serving, Nic entered back into the business world to be the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of HyprLoco, a software intelligence company based in Denver, CO. He went on to raise millions of dollars in venture capital, formed strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, and in 2016 was named one of Colorado’s Top 25 Young Professionals by ColoradoBiz.
Outside of the business world, Nic is involved with Veteran outreach programs focusing on suicide prevention within the Veteran community.
